Self-defence isn't just about techniques. It's about the ability to strike and kick effectively to disable your attacker. It's about having the fitness level to endure high stress levels and adrenalin. It's about understanding what it's like to be in a fight. After all, what's the point in teaching you how to disarm someone with a knife if you can't punch the attacker strong enough to stop them?
That's why we have Krav-Fit.
Krav-Fit is a 60 min cardio-based session designed especially to improve your striking, kicking, footwork, fitness level and fighting mindset.
Krav-Fit is included in your monthly membership and welcomes students regardless of level and ability. At the beginners level, students work on specially designed drills on focus pads and shields aimed to improve your overall fitness and striking abilities. There's no contact involved. More advanced students progress to light sparring drills to improve their fighting skills.
*Students on our Women's Only or Teens Only membership package who wish to attend Krav-Fit are required to be on our £69 membership. Students under 18 years of age 18 are required to have written permission from their parent or legal guardian.
