About this course

This introduction to Krav Maga is a 12 week fundamentals course specifically designed to teach you the basics in Krav Maga and Self Defense. 

It is perfect for those who can't commit to long-term training or beginners who prefer to start with a course before joining our regular class. 

What makes this course different?

  • Taught by our most experienced Instructors

  • Small group classes (up to 12 people)

  • No equipment required

  • Upon completion, you will be awarded Level 1 in Krav Maga Fundamentals certification

What you'll learn

You will learn how to:

  • recognise potential threats and dangers

  • prevention and de-escalation tactics

  • striking and kicking fundamentals

  • effective combinations for real life scenarios

  • protect against common threats and attacks

  • prevent grabs and holds

  • what to do if you're on the ground

  • basic edged-weapon self protection


You'll be given a KML training t-shirt and groin guard.


The way the course is designed is you will need to attend 12 consecutive weeks. 


We are unable to offer refunds once booked however you can change your course date. 


All fitness levels welcomed.
