Krav Maga London Fundamentals Programme
If you are new to Krav Maga, the best place to start is our structured Fundamentals programme. The programme covers the core skills you need before moving into more advanced training.
You will learn basic movement, striking, defensive reactions, escapes, ground survival and how to stay calm under pressure. Each class builds on the previous material, so you are not just copying techniques — you are developing usable self-defence skills.
