​You do not need previous martial arts experience or a high level of fitness to start.
At Krav Maga London, beginners can choose the starting point that suits them best.
If you want a slower, structured introduction, start with our 12-week Fundamentals Programme. You will learn movement, striking basics, awareness, self-defence principles and training habits before joining regular mixed-level classes.
If you already feel confident joining a full class, book a trial session and experience our regular training environment.
